Cupressocyparis leylandii 'Castlewelland Gold'

Leyland cypress

A golden form of Leyland cypress, carrying yellow-gold foliage on a habit that runs from conical to distinctly columnar. It is used for screening where the plain green kinds would look heavy, giving height and a lighter tone on the same amount of ground.

About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled. RN is bare root, available in the dormant season. T is a full standard and POT a planter. Heights are given as a range in centimetres; trunk girth is the circumference measured at one metre. A larger container is not always dearer: a trained or grafted form of the same volume costs more than a bush, and the form is named on the row.
