Terms and conditions
The terms on which we sell plants through this website.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euro, exclusive of VAT, with the VAT-inclusive amount displayed alongside. Croatian VAT of 25% applies. VAT-registered businesses in another EU member state that supply a valid VAT identification number are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure. Prices shown are indicative until the order is confirmed.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing and confirm availability at the size ordered. Plants are a living product and availability changes; where an item cannot be supplied we will offer an alternative size, or cancel that line and refund it.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer against a proforma invoice, or by card where card payment is offered. Orders are prepared once payment has cleared.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of delivery. This right does not extend to goods made or sourced to the customer specification. Plants must be returned in the condition delivered, and the cost of return carriage falls to the customer.
Liability
We warrant that plants leave the nursery true to name, healthy and of the size described. We cannot warrant establishment, which depends on site, season, planting and aftercare beyond our control.
