What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address and, for business customers, company name and VAT identification number. We store the contents of the order and its payment status.
Why
We process this data to perform the contract you enter into when you place an order, and to meet the accounting and tax obligations that follow from it.
How long
Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Croatian accounting law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Sharing
Order details are shared with the growing nursery and the carrier so the consignment can be produced and delivered, and with our payment provider where card payment is used. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
