Saucer magnolia

Flowers are rose-purple outside and white within, a strong contrast once they are fully open. Growth is broad and vigorous, building a wide-spreading deciduous shrub. Deep, moist soil and a position out of cold wind give the best results, in sun or half shade.

About sizes

CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled.
