Star jasmine
An evergreen twining climber with glossy dark leaves and scented white flowers shaped like small stars. It holds to wires, trellis and mesh rather than to bare masonry, and can also be let down over a wall as cover. The foliage stays presentable through winter.

About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled. RN is bare root, available in the dormant season. T is a full standard and POT a planter. Heights are given as a range in centimetres; trunk girth is the circumference measured at one metre. A larger container is not always dearer: a trained or grafted form of the same volume costs more than a bush, and the form is named on the row.
