Bald cypress is a deciduous conifer, conical when young and becoming columnar with age, reaching 20-25 m by 10-12 m. The soft green needles turn golden yellow and then rust brown before falling in autumn. Hardy to zone 6B, it is at home on wet ground and beside water.

About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled.
