Topiary · Ligustrum delavayanum / Ilex crenata
Hull and sail are clipped as two clean masses, the sail carried flat and upright above the boat. Ligustrum delavayanum or Ilex crenata gives the fine evergreen surface that keeps both faces even. A good subject for coastal terraces and for containers seen against sky or water.

Delivery & establishment
Plants are delivered by refrigerated transport from Pistoia. Large specimens are shipped on pallets; delivery is quoted per order. We can advise on planting season and establishment for any item in the range.
About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled. RN is bare root, available in the dormant season. T is a full standard and POT a planter. Heights are given as a range in centimetres; trunk girth is the circumference measured at one metre. A larger container is not always dearer: a trained or grafted form of the same volume costs more than a bush, and the form is named on the row.
