The spiral of the shell is the working part of this snail, clipped in Ligustrum delavayanum or Ilex crenata so the coil stays visible. A low body and raised head complete the figure. It sits well at ground level beside a path or on a wide step, where the spiral is seen from above.

About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled.
