Hibiscus 'Totus Albus'

Hibiscus 'Totus Albus'

Rose of Sharon

Pure white single flowers, without any contrasting eye, give this form an unusually quiet effect. The deciduous shrub grows upright to 2-3.5 m with a spread of 2-2.5 m and is useful where a light, uncomplicated colour is needed among stronger planting.

About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled. RN is bare root, available in the dormant season. T is a full standard and POT a planter. Heights are given as a range in centimetres; trunk girth is the circumference measured at one metre. A larger container is not always dearer: a trained or grafted form of the same volume costs more than a bush, and the form is named on the row.
