Juniperus horizontalis 'Prince of Wales'
Creeping juniper
Flat, horizontal branching and bright glossy green foliage make 'Prince of Wales' one of the lowest junipers in cultivation, at 0.1-0.2 m high and 0.8-1 m wide. It is used where a green carpet is wanted between paving, along steps or at the edge of a bed. Hardy to zone 5A.

About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled. RN is bare root, available in the dormant season. T is a full standard and POT a planter. Heights are given as a range in centimetres; trunk girth is the circumference measured at one metre. A larger container is not always dearer: a trained or grafted form of the same volume costs more than a bush, and the form is named on the row.
