Juniperus procumbens 'Nana'

Japanese garden juniper

A dwarf juniper of very compact green growth, holding 0.2-0.3 m of height while spreading 1.5-2 m. The dense, tightly packed shoots take clipping well and the plant is a standard choice for rock gardens, troughs and low foreground planting. Hardy to zone 6B.

About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled. RN is bare root, available in the dormant season. T is a full standard and POT a planter. Heights are given as a range in centimetres; trunk girth is the circumference measured at one metre. A larger container is not always dearer: a trained or grafted form of the same volume costs more than a bush, and the form is named on the row.
