Juniperus virginiana 'Grey Owl'

Juniperus virginiana 'Grey Owl'

Eastern redcedar

'Grey Owl' spreads to about 3 m while rising only to 1 m, its blue foliage carried on shoots that creep outward and slightly upward. It covers ground under taller trees and along drives, where the wide, low mass reads as a single planted surface. Hardy to zone 5B.

Delivery & establishment
Plants are delivered by refrigerated transport from Pistoia. Large specimens are shipped on pallets; delivery is quoted per order. We can advise on planting season and establishment for any item in the range.
About sizes
CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled. RN is bare root, available in the dormant season. T is a full standard and POT a planter. Heights are given as a range in centimetres; trunk girth is the circumference measured at one metre. A larger container is not always dearer: a trained or grafted form of the same volume costs more than a bush, and the form is named on the row.
