Thuja occidentalis 'Sunkist'

White cedar

Pyramidal in outline, 'Sunkist' carries golden scale-like foliage on dense, upright sprays. It stays furnished to the base and takes shearing, so it can be held to a defined shape. Used where a warm colour is wanted among green evergreens.

Delivery & establishment

Plants are delivered by refrigerated transport from Pistoia. Large specimens are shipped on pallets; delivery is quoted per order. We can advise on planting season and establishment for any item in the range.

About sizes

CLT is a container volume in litres, VRL the same in a decorative red container. M is a field-grown plant lifted with its root ball, MGR the same grown in isolation and wire-balled. RN is bare root, available in the dormant season. T is a full standard and POT a planter. Heights are given as a range in centimetres; trunk girth is the circumference measured at one metre. A larger container is not always dearer: a trained or grafted form of the same volume costs more than a bush, and the form is named on the row.
